The team provided excellent service during our six-night stay. Mr Bans from room service was helpful and kept our room super clean. Alexander greeted us warmly in the restaurant and Geoffrey arranged our luggage efficiently. He also secured a taxi to the airport for us. The breakfast selection was first class. I would definitely return.
During my visit, the carpets was quite worn and needed replacement. The hallway carpeting had visible stains. It detracted from the overall cleanliness. A refresh would certainly improve the hotel's appearance

I found our room clean and neat. The location provides an attractive area for everything. I appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms. The gym had quality equipment.
I noticed during breakfast that the queue was excessively long. The food and beverages were not replenished in a timely manner. This impacted my overall experience.

I enjoyed the freedom within the hotel and the prime location. The staff, room, and amenities had excellent quality. Patrick at the front office was polite and accommodating. He fulfilled our requests.
I found the air conditioning control panel malfunctioning. A technician fixed it after an hour (the delay was inconvenient).
